•$60,000 - $75,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Assistant General Manager & Head Coach leads class quality and supports day-to-day operations at StrongerLife Plano. In partnership with the General Manager, this person helps run the center and is accountable for the standard of every class on the schedule. When the General Manager is absent, the Assistant General Manager & Head Coach leads the center. The role balances center organization and scheduling, accurate member records, prospect tours and membership conversations, and leading group fitness classes for adults 55+ while developing the coaching team. StrongerLife’s programming trains six pillars: strength, balance, endurance, bone density, cognitive health, and mobility. The Plano center is a new location with a founding team, backed by StrongerLife headquarters in nearby Frisco for training, programming, marketing, and operations support. The position includes a path from Assistant General Manager & Head Coach to General Manager and potentially multi-unit leadership as StrongerLife expands. The hiring process includes a video interview, an in-person interview with a short class teach-back, a mock tour, and paid StrongerLife coach and sales training. Training length and compensation details are listed as TBD in the posting.
