About The Position
KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager / Lead Coach for its Folsom, California center. Reporting to the General Manager, this role helps create an environment where coaches, children, and families can thrive. The position supports center operations, member satisfaction, sales growth, community engagement, and coaching. It also delivers KidStrong’s curriculum for children ages 15 months to 11 years, focusing on cognitive, physical, and character development.
Requirements
- Experience working with or coaching children.
- Passion for child development.
- Strong communication skills with children and parents.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to work in a physically active environment.

- Previous management experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily center operations, including scheduling and maintaining the center.
- Build relationships with families and help grow the KidStrong community.
- Foster a coaching culture and support coaches’ professional development.
- Coach children using the KidStrong curriculum focused on cognitive, physical, and character development.
- Work with the General Manager to call leads and grow the center.
- Engage daily with members, prospects, and leads.
- Attend local events to promote KidStrong and build community awareness.
