The CMA is responsible for documenting resident care outcomes, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary information. They also communicate changes in resident condition and care concerns to the charge nurse, collect specimens, gather vital signs, and assist with maintaining a clean living environment and supporting wellness programs.
