About The Position
International SOS is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its U.S. Government Services team as a case manager supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP). Based in the San Antonio Regional Contact Centre, the role provides proactive case management, beneficiary advocacy, and care coordination for TRICARE members with complex or high-cost medical needs who live overseas. The position involves meaningful beneficiary interaction, clinical judgment, and helping patients navigate care across international healthcare systems.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication, assessment, and beneficiary support skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Case Management certification recognized by the United States.
- Managed care and/or TRICARE experience.
- Spanish language skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive case management and outreach to beneficiaries with complex or high-cost medical conditions.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and help beneficiaries understand treatment options.
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers, TRICARE partners, and internal teams.
- Review medical treatment plans for appropriateness and support evidence-based decision making.
- Document case progress and contribute to quality reviews, audits, and program reporting.
- Participate in case discussions, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TOP Case Management processes and standards.
