About The Position
This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ALIP implementations. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications, lead requirement workshops, and manage requirement traceability. The position also supports SIT/UAT cycles and business validation, ensuring alignment with insurance domain processes.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience with ALIP implementations.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Experience leading requirement workshops.
- Experience managing requirement traceability.
- Experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles and business validation.
- Knowledge of insurance domain processes.
- Bachelor's Degree.
