About The Position

Turing is hiring a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a project involving evaluation of multiple chatbot responses. The role entails analyzing business requirements, comparing chatbot outputs, conducting structured evaluations, and providing final assessments against defined criteria. The engagement is project-based and involves a defined number of evaluation tasks, each requiring comparison of multiple chatbots and a final assessment. The stated duration is 16 weeks. The position supports work at the forefront of AI applications in accounting and finance, with a fully remote and flexible work environment and the opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects with global reach. The schedule is five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with requirement-gathering and process-mapping techniques.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Compare multiple chatbot outputs and provide final assessments based on defined criteria.
