About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join their Union clinic. The role is designed to provide strong support, valuing the BCBA's expertise without the burden of excessive administrative work, endless emails, or chasing RBTs. Flywheel Centers is a growing, clinically strong team with a positive culture where staff are valued, backed by leadership, and supported to succeed. All sessions are center-based in a professional Union clinic, eliminating home visits or commuting between locations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities

- Manage high-quality caseloads
