About The Position
Centria Autism is hiring a Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in structured, collaborative centers. The BCaBA supports clients, provides clinical oversight under a BCBA’s supervision, and trains and mentors Behavior Technicians and RBTs. The role includes mentorship from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Excellence Leaders, with guidance available for candidates pursuing BCBA credentials. Centria emphasizes treatment outcomes, assent-based and child-centered care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. Its purpose-built centers provide low-distraction spaces and daily structure. Predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and operations support are intended to support work-life balance. The company also offers CEU opportunities, professional development stipends, paid CEU days, and internal training events. The stated base salary is $75,000–$85,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven treatment decisions.
- Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
