About The Position

The BCaBA will provide ABA services across home, school, and center settings in the Greater Tampa area, including Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, Lutz, and Valrico. The position offers full-time or part-time scheduling, with a caseload built around the clinician’s availability. The role carries out and monitors behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision, supports and coaches RBTs and Behavior Technicians, and uses data to guide treatment decisions. The BCaBA also works with families, caregivers, and school teams to support client progress across settings and keeps session documentation accurate and timely. BCBA fieldwork supervision is available to support progression toward BCBA certification.

Requirements

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in ABA; experience in home, school, or center settings is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client settings in the area.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first, family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Supervise, train, and coach RBTs and Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Collect, graph, and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Assist with assessments, treatment plan updates, and progress reports.
• Work with families, caregivers, and school teams to support progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
