Centria Autism is hiring a center-based BCaBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a structured, collaborative environment. The BCaBA provides clinical oversight under a BCBA’s supervision, supports clients, and trains and mentors Behavior Technicians and RBTs. The role includes contributing to individualized behavior intervention plans, using client data to inform treatment decisions, and engaging families through communication and parent training. Therapy is expected to follow Centria’s assent-based, child-centered approach. Centria describes its centers as purpose-built for learners and clinical teams, with low-distraction spaces, daily structure, and a collaborative culture. The organization emphasizes outcomes over billables, predictable caseloads and manageable schedules, operational support, and structured mentorship from experienced BCBAs and Clinical Excellence Leaders. Support may also be available to BCaBAs pursuing a BCBA credential. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month. Centria also highlights CEU opportunities, professional development support, early wage access, an Employee Assistance Program, and retailer discounts.
