Centria Autism is seeking a center-based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a structured, collaborative environment. The BCaBA will support clients, provide clinical oversight under a BCBA’s supervision, and train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs. The role includes opportunities for mentorship and career development, including guidance for BCaBAs pursuing BCBA credentials. Centria’s centers provide low-distraction spaces, daily structure, and collaborative clinical teams. The organization emphasizes outcomes over billables, assent-based care, practical functional assessment, skills-based treatment, predictable caseloads, and operational support. Clinical work is supported by the CareConnect platform for treatment planning and data collection. The base salary is $75,000–$85,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month. The position also offers CEU opportunities, professional development stipends, paid CEU days, early wage access through Rain, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and retail discounts through Benefit Hub.
