About The Position

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking part-time Clinical Supervisors who hold BCBA or BCaBA certification to provide in-home ABA services. The role uses a remote/hybrid supervision model, with telehealth supervision sessions and monthly in-person client visits. Afternoon and evening availability is required to meet client scheduling needs. The organization describes flexible scheduling, clinician autonomy, and support from a collaborative clinical and administrative team, with potential for the position to grow into a full-time role.

• BCaBA candidates must have active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and an active LARA License.
• BCBA candidates must have active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB and an active LARA License if applicable.
• Have reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
