About The Position

HealthPro Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy to children in Killeen, Texas. The role is in-home and may be full-time or part-time. The BCaBA will work as part of a collaborative pediatric team and deliver child-led, assent-based care using individualized treatment approaches, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and other clinically appropriate strategies. Clinical judgment and autonomy are valued, and the role offers mentorship, training, professional development, and opportunities for growth and leadership. The position collaborates with BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school teams, and families. Compensation is listed as $85,000–$95,000 total earning potential through base salary and monthly bonus opportunities, with a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus for full-time employees.

Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification and Texas licensure, or eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, such as VB-MAPP and Vineland, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
