Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide in-center ABA services in Cameron, North Carolina. The role has sustainable productivity expectations of 25 billable hours per week and offers collaborative multidisciplinary team support. The total compensation is $85,000–$95,000 per year, including base salary and monthly bonus plans. The position offers therapist-led leadership, mentorship and clinical support, opportunities to contribute to team growth and program development, and leadership development opportunities within a growing pediatric therapy organization. The work focuses on helping children and families thrive. On-site CPR and Safety-Care training are offered.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
- At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- One year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Run and oversee behavioral and functional assessments, including VB-MAPP and Vineland.
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans for use at home, in the community, and in the center.
- Train and support the RBT team.
- Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to support children’s care.
- Pitch in with other work that helps the team thrive.
