Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide in-center ABA services in Cameron, North Carolina. The role offers part-time or full-time scheduling, sustainable productivity expectations of 25 billable hours per week, and support from a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The position includes a total compensation range of $85,000–$95,000 per year through base salary and monthly bonus plans. The organization provides on-site CPR and Safety-Care training, mentorship and clinical support, and opportunities to contribute to program development and pursue leadership growth.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- One year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee behavioral and functional assessments, including VB-MAPP and Vineland.
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans for use at home, in the community, and in the center.
- Train and support the RBT team.
- Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to coordinate care.
- Support other team needs that contribute to the team's success.
