About The Position

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in auto body repair.
• Proficiency in frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring repairs are done correctly the first time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
• Conduct panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to move vehicles through the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
