About The Position

Buckeye Complete Auto Care is hiring an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician for general repair work. The technician should be able to perform most routine automotive repairs independently and have experience with brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, and general mechanical repairs. The role also involves using scan tools, performing basic diagnostics, and following diagnostic procedures rather than guessing. The successful candidate takes ownership of assigned work, recognizes when additional diagnosis is needed, communicates clearly, and is committed to quality. This is not an entry-level role; professional automotive repair shop or dealership experience is required. Buckeye offers an organized repair workflow, advisor support with customer conversations, and opportunities for technical training and development.

Requirements

  • Professional automotive repair shop or dealership experience.
  • Experience performing brakes, steering, suspension, cooling system, and general mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to complete most routine repairs independently.
  • Experience using scan tools and performing basic diagnostics.
  • Ability to follow diagnostic procedures rather than guess.
  • Professional automotive tools appropriate for the position.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and support teammates.

Nice To Haves

  • 3–4 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities
