About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA or CPA candidate with 1–2 years of public accounting experience in the healthcare industry.
• Basic familiarity with GAAP and GAAS.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to show initiative, accept responsibility, and manage multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare audits for clinics, hospitals, or physician practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned audit procedures on engagements.
• Work with Senior Associates and Managers to identify and resolve issues encountered during financial statement audits.
• Develop effective and clear work paper techniques.
• Assist with financial statement preparation.
• Develop a professional development plan with the group leader.
