About The Position

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. Killam's strategy to drive value and profitability focuses on three priorities: (1) increase earnings from the existing portfolio; (2) expand the portfolio and diversify geographically through accretive acquisitions, targeting newer properties and dispositions of non-core assets; and (3) develop high-quality properties in its core markets. Our Information Technology team is looking for a detail-oriented Information Management Assistant to provide administrative support for information and data management initiatives, including organizing and maintaining data to support accuracy and compliance. This position is full-time at our corporate office and will end on or before September 3, 2026. This position would be suitable for a university or college student.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills using Adobe Acrobat, MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
