About The Position

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED OR 6+ months of relevant production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
• Prior experience using hand tools or power tools, plus basic computer or scanner proficiency.
• Strong basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting) and an exceptional eye for matching part numbers and labels.
• The ability to multitask, follow written procedures, and thrive both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to handle moderate to heavy physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, verify, and prepare high-quality kits according to work instructions, manufacturing orders, and bills of materials.
• Inspect parts for defects or damage, and use scanners or computers to double-check part numbers and quantities.
• Pick parts and production materials efficiently, returning and putting away inventory to its proper locations.
• Identify and promptly report missing, incorrect, or damaged parts to your Lead, Supervisor, or support teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while strict adherence to all company safety and quality guidelines.
