About The Position

Requirements

• High School education
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Comfortable lifting/maneuvering up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, stooping, bending
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality and consistency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Commitment to plant safety protocols and clean work environment
• Trade school experience, other apprenticeship experience, or on-the-job experience in related field or industry
• Pass background check and drug test
• Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required)
• Customer focus with a service-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in daily activities
• Ability to travel and work overtime/weekends, as needed, to meet customer and in-house demands
• Clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of plumbing, NPT and JIC

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of basic hand tools
• Accurate tape measure reading
• Basic carpentry and/or Auto mechanic skills
• Ability to climb ladders as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic understanding of Blueprint Reading
