Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC units by following assembly instructions and blueprints to install structural and mechanical components.
• Install and secure components, ensuring proper alignment, secure connections, and overall quality.
• Use mechanical skills for tasks such as basic welding, fitting, and fabricating metal products.
• Read and interpret fabrication packages, drawings, and measurements to guide assembly work.
• Use measuring tapes to perform calculations and operate air and electric hand tools.
• Lift and install heavy components and perform other physically demanding tasks, including working at heights.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals.
• Collaborate effectively with team members using strong verbal and written communication.
• Follow safety protocols to help maintain a safe working environment.
