About The Position

The Avionics Assembler works onsite at Honeywell Aerospace’s Minneapolis, Minnesota location and reports directly to the Production Supervisor. The role assembles and tests avionics components and systems to engineering specifications and quality standards, helping ensure the reliability and functionality of aerospace systems. The schedule is the 5th shift: Friday and Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The stated hourly pay is $31.462. Candidates must meet the U.S. person requirement under applicable export control laws and regulations: be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Requirements

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field.
Experience working in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance in aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities
