About The Position

Citadel Security USA is seeking an experienced Armed Patrol Supervisor to oversee overnight patrol operations across multiple service areas in the Denver region. This position plays a key role in supporting field personnel, maintaining operational consistency, and ensuring patrol services are delivered according to company and client expectations. The successful candidate will combine leadership, problem-solving, and field oversight skills while serving as a primary resource for officers working during overnight hours. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card with applicable firearm endorsement
  • Previous experience in security, patrol operations, or a leadership role
  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a consistent basis
  • Professional demeanor with dependable attendance and reliability
  • Ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced or changing situations

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience within the security industry
  • Experience overseeing multiple patrol routes, sites, or field personnel
  • Familiarity with scheduling, shift coordination, and workforce management
  • Experience reviewing reports and conducting operational audits or inspections
  • Comfortable working independently while managing competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Direct and support patrol officers assigned throughout designated coverage areas
  • Conduct field visits to verify patrol completion and operational compliance
  • Review daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records for accuracy
  • Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks at client locations
  • Assist with staffing adjustments and coordinate coverage when schedule gaps occur
  • Respond to officer requests, operational concerns, and field incidents as needed
  • Maintain communication with management, dispatch personnel, and client representatives
  • Track and document shift activity, staffing updates, and operational issues
  • Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and site-specific procedures
  • Promote professional conduct, accountability, and strong customer service among patrol personnel
