About The Position

StrongBuilt is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, in business since 2015. As a veteran-owned company, StrongBuilt owners and managers train our staff to act and behave with respect and principles. We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We are looking for full-time members to join our HVAC Installs team. We have on-site and off-site training programs for continued growth. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. Organizing project layouts based on current code and customers’ needs. Attend and participate in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings. Technical training and skills will be taught after hiring.

Requirements

  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
