About The Position

As an apprentice with American National Insulation, you will install company products according to work orders and manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. Installation duties are performed as allowed by applicable collective bargaining agreements and/or project labor agreements.

The role includes reviewing the daily work schedule; ensuring the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed; completing vehicle safety and job-site inspections; safely unloading and staging materials; reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns; and performing warehouse-related duties as required. Other duties may be assigned in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements.

This is a safety-sensitive position involving daily travel to job sites, local travel, and out-of-town travel as required. The compensation range is $30.86–$48.87; actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. The position may also offer variable compensation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for Company purposes.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted to load and unload products.
• Able to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities
