About The Position

PDHG is a values-driven company providing and installing Division 8, Division 10, Division 27, and Division 28 construction products. The Carpenter Apprentice assists with installation of doors, frames, and hardware, following instructions from a field supervisor. The role may include other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Some installation experience with doors, frames, and hardware products.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Minimum tools required: work boots with safety toe, cordless drill set with tips (impact and driver drill), hand tools as required, and tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of doors, frames, and hardware products.
• Follow instructions from the field supervisor regarding installation.
• Perform other duties and job responsibilities as needed.
