The OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital's pediatric urology team provides expert evaluation, diagnosis, and care for infants and children with disorders of the urinary tract, bladder, kidneys, and genitals, offering more medical and surgical services than any other pediatric urology program in Oregon. Their surgeons are board-certified, trained in surgery specific to children, and have expertise in robotic surgery. They are dedicated to state-of-the-art urologic care, surgical expertise, and research, offering advanced bladder evaluation. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position supports the clinical operations of the Pediatric Urology practice at Doernbecher and Randall Children’s Hospital. The APP works in partnership with faculty physicians, RNs, and CMAs to provide excellent clinical care and customer service in both inpatient and outpatient areas. The APP is expected to comply with their scope of practice, relevant laws, regulations, OHSU policy, and professional standards, delivering high-quality clinical care in compliance with regulatory bodies such as DNV Healthcare, The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, OHSU IRB, NIH, and all other state, federal, and institutional guidelines.
