About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing team. The role requires at least one year of dermatology experience and involves delivering high-quality patient care. The group offers extensive cosmetic training for providers who are interested.

The provider will care for patients of all ages, provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology services, and promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere that supports quality service and care.

Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in receiving training in cosmetic dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Examine and diagnose patients, and inform them about dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
