About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider with at least one year of experience to join its growing team. The role provides dermatological care to patients of all ages, including general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Extensive cosmetics training is available for interested providers. The provider examines and diagnoses patients, explains treatment options, monitors treatment progress, and prescribes medication while helping create a professional and welcoming care environment.

Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in cosmetic dermatology; extensive cosmetics training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care to patients of all ages.
• Examine and diagnose patients and inform them about dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
