About The Position

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider with at least one year of experience to join its growing team. The position provides dermatological care to patients of all ages, including general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Extensive cosmetic training is available for providers who are interested. The role also involves creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere and delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Working knowledge and application of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

• Interest in cosmetic dermatology; extensive cosmetics training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology care to patients of all ages.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and patient care.
• Examine and diagnose patients and inform them about dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Apply working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
