About The Position
Join a Growing, Fast-Paced Collision Center Team as a Collision Center Administrative Assistant! The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Collision Center in Elkton, MD. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-moving environment-this is a great opportunity to build a stable, long-term career with one of the largest automotive groups on the Eastern Shore.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Computer skills required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- QuickBooks or similar a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Support daily office operations within the collision center
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash
- Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation
- Maintain accurate files, reports, and records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
