About The Position

Lund is seeking a welcoming, dependable, and organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors. This role manages front office operations for the Residential Treatment facility and Outpatient/Administrative Offices, including monitoring building access, following security protocols, and maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. The Administrative Assistant will triage calls and general inquiries, ensuring messages and needs are directed to the appropriate personnel promptly. This position also supports new employee onboarding, assists with Residential client admissions, and helps staff utilize essential office tools and equipment. Additionally, the role is responsible for ordering and organizing office supplies. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for program operations, including client admissions and discharges, data entry for referrals and intakes, maintaining records in the EHR, and supporting insurance/Medicaid eligibility and billing communication, including follow-up on outstanding balances and escalation of complex issues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accurate attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of a background check is a condition of employment.
