About The Position

Requirements

• Fluently Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Experience: 6 months+ of call center experience; experience with account resolutions or billing cycles is a significant asset.
• Problem-Solving: High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence mutually beneficial solutions.
• Technical Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and accurately manage data entry.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
• Professionalism: A strong desire to learn and apply industry best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and chat to resolve account concerns and settle disputes.
• Work closely with customers to determine appropriate repayment options and ensure a balance between client experience and company interests.
• Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to provide professional financial counselling.
• Identify and support initiatives to enhance the overall account management and resolution experience.
• Accurately document each interaction according to notation guidelines and update account information in internal databases.
• Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to achieve assigned financial targets and KPIs.
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure optimal recoveries and client satisfaction.
