About The Position
To support our extraordinary teams who build and support products movement and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Austin, Round Rock, TX. The Warehouse Supervisor would be accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records supporting the Shift Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (M-F)some Saturdays will be required
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 3 years of experience working for warehouse facility or a service industry shipping or related field.
- Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to includes processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience of WMS like BAAN, BOM, BOL preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversees warehouse ,the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment.
- Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
- Participating in a Cross functional team setting , coordinate with customers , operations and internal team as and when required for the smooth warehouse operations .
- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse and manage the inventory .
