About The Position

Triton Stone Group, one of the nation’s largest natural stone and tile importers with 25 design showrooms across the southeast, has seen tremendous growth since 2004, by providing the highest quality products with a commitment to service and customer’s-first attitude. The Warehouse Associate/ Tools and Sinks Specialist will be moving materials/items in preparation for shipment with exposure to the seasonal outdoor elements. The company is looking for a reliable addition to the team that will report to work regularly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/Equivalent & a year of warehouse experience is required
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience preferred
- Heavy equipment experience preferred
- Natural stone slab handling is preferred
Responsibilities
- Move material & items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
- Load & unload both inbound & outbound trucks.
- Deliver products and materials when needed.
- Tag & identify material using appropriate methods.
- Oversee & maintain all equipment.
- Verify all equipment & material used in loading & unloading meets/exceeds company standards - report any problems or needs to the manager.
- Interact with customers while they are viewing material in the warehouse - customer service.
- Ensure the inventory area is accessible & safe for employees & customer traffic.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned to or as operational needs dictate.
