About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Kentwood, Michigan. The role helps move packages through the warehouse during the holiday season. Associates safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, keep workspaces organized, and help ensure packages reach their next destination safely and on time. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is not required.

The position runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Pay is $18.50 per hour, with overtime eligibility under applicable law and a seasonal bonus of $500, subject to location, assignment, and other terms. Shifts are 3:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the sort is complete, approximately four to five variable days per week and 22–28 hours total. Hours may vary with business needs. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Work involves packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds, extended standing or walking, and frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting. Team lifts are used for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. The warehouse may have limited temperature control, so associates work in varying hot or cold conditions. Employees must be dependable for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and may need to work overtime when business needs require.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities
