About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate/Package Handler at its Maspeth, New York location. The role supports the holiday shipping rush by safely handling packages and keeping the workspace organized. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is part-time, approximately 3–4 days per week and 25–35 hours total. Available schedules include 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. or until the sort is complete, with Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Tuesday schedules. Hours may vary with business needs. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The listed pay is $21, and the posting advertises a $500 seasonal bonus, subject to eligibility and other terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to repeatedly lift packages as described, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
