Seasonal Warehouse Associate
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for the holiday season at its Orlando, Florida location. The position pays $16 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for all hours worked Friday through Sunday. Team members work approximately 24–32 hours per week on flexible shifts, generally from 4:00 p.m. to midnight or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from November 7, 2026, to January 1, 2027, and includes a $500 seasonal bonus subject to eligibility and other terms. Weekly pay and potential opportunities beyond the season are offered, but continued employment is not guaranteed. Warehouse associates safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, help keep workspaces organized, and ensure packages continue to their next destination safely and on time. The role involves frequent physical activity and work in warehouse environments where temperature control may be limited. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
- Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
- Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
