About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at 2559 Consulate Drive, Orlando, Florida. The role supports the holiday rush by safely handling packages and helping them reach their next destination on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The schedule is around 24–32 hours per week, with shifts Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday, generally from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from November 7, 2026, through January 1, 2027. This is temporary seasonal employment; eligible team members may be considered for permanent positions afterward, but continued employment is not guaranteed. Pay is $16 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for all hours worked Friday through Sunday, and a seasonal bonus of $500 subject to applicable eligibility and payment terms.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Work in warehouse environments where temperature control may be limited.
