About The Position

This is a temporary seasonal warehouse position helping process the holiday package rush. Associates safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, keep their workspace organized, and help ensure packages reach their destinations safely and on time. The job is physically active and involves repeatedly handling packages, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in warehouse environments where temperature control may be limited. Training is provided; previous warehouse experience is not required. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, depending on eligibility and availability, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

The role is located at 2040 Creative Dr., Building F, Ste 500, Lexington, KY 40505, and pays $17.50. The listed shift is 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the end of sort, with multiple schedule options. Hours may vary based on business needs. The season runs from October 27 to January 1. Overtime pay is provided as required by applicable law.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
