About The Position

This seasonal position supports customer experience, operational productivity, and company profitability by processing customer orders in a fast-paced fulfillment center. The role includes a broad range of inbound and outbound warehouse functions and follows department-specific standard operating procedures, labor management standards, and Fulfillment Center, HR, and Loss Prevention policies. The facility is climate-controlled and fully automated, and associates are encouraged to learn and cross-train in other roles. The position is on-site at the Greencastle, Indiana location.

Requirements

• Meet physical demands that include frequent and extended lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
• Work with a safety-first mindset and be mindful of the safety of coworkers.
• Have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to understand RFID technology.
• Ability to carry out verbal and/or written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound tasks such as unloading and receiving, replenishing, picking, sorting, packing, or loading and shipping customer orders.
• Report to work as scheduled and work as required.
• Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures and perform work according to the standards for the assigned job.
• Adhere to Fulfillment Center work rules and HR and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Train to perform cross-functional roles.
