About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at its Lockbourne, Ohio location. The role supports the holiday package rush by unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages so they reach their destinations safely and on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or until the sort is complete, including required cleanup. Hours may vary based on business needs. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. A seasonal bonus of $1,000 is offered, subject to eligibility and other terms. Continued employment after the season is not guaranteed, though seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions.

The work is physically active and takes place in a warehouse where temperature controls may be limited. Employees handle packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds. The role involves standing or walking for extended periods and frequently bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting. Employees are expected to maintain an organized workspace and work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require. Weekend or holiday work may be needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and other repetitive movements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
