About The Position

Micro Center is seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Warehouse Associate with high-volume experience for its computer retail store. The role involves loading and unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and carrying out store maintenance duties, while supporting customer service and store operations. Shifts may include hours before and after the store is open to the public, as well as mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Sincere interest in helping customers and delivering world-class customer experiences.
Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for prolonged periods.
Previous retail customer service or warehouse experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
Maintain department and store cleanliness; conduct cycle counts; stock and replenish products; and participate in merchandising activities.
Support store operations by maintaining loss-prevention awareness and helping prepare for and conduct physical inventory.
Assemble floor displays and resets.
Assist customers and perform carry-in and carry-out duties.
Participate in opening and closing procedures.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
