About The Position

Micro Center is seeking self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Warehouse Associates with high-volume experience for its computer retail store. Associates load and unload merchandise, replenish stock, carry out store maintenance, support store operations, and help deliver customer satisfaction. The role is seasonal and involves shifts that may include hours before and after store opening, mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The posted pay range is $16–$18 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Sincere interest in helping customers and delivering world-class customer experiences.
Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for prolonged periods.
Previous retail customer service or warehouse experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
Maintain the department and store by keeping work areas clean, conducting cycle counts, stocking and replenishing products, and participating in merchandising activities.
Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and helping prepare for and conduct physical inventory.
Assemble floor displays and resets.
Assist customers and perform carry-in/out.
Participate in opening and closing procedures.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
