The Department of Neurology is seeking a Research Assistant, DSMB Unit for the BIOS Division in the School of Medicine. The Research Assistant provides operational, administrative, and technical support to clinical research studies. Serving under the DSMB Unit manager, this role acts as the primary liaison between trial clinical investigators, study team members, sponsors, and DSMB members. The primary functions of this role are to support investigators and research teams through the coordination of meeting logistics, DSMB-related study documentation, sponsor regulatory compliance, and file organizational management. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational acumen and the demonstrated ability to dynamically prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent projects. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey critical information across various stakeholders. The Research Assistant oversees data collection, data organization, and/or data management or similar functions/tasks for research study(ies) in support of a PI or a research team.
