About The Position

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking an experienced Radiology Clinical Tech Assistant to join their patient-focused team. This position will support all outpatient imaging centers located in Kernersville, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, NC. Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging has been a trusted provider for medical imaging throughout Winston-Salem and its surrounding communities for many years. Their partnership with the expert radiologists of Wake Forest Baptist allows them to bring the highest quality of care to patients in a comfortable outpatient setting. OIA is an imaging center management & development operation committed to delivering an affordable diagnostic imaging option without compromising customer convenience, care, technology or results. They are always recruiting for talented individuals who are dedicated to excellent patient care and the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • One year as a trained Phlebotomist and/or Medical Assistant experience required.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work efficiently as an extension of certified/registered staff or licensed independent practitioner.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
  • Demonstrates understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including information and billing systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
