About The Position

SimCorp is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic talent acquisition hiring across its Americas Commercial and Professional Services business areas. This role is crucial for developing and implementing a continuous recruitment model to support significant revenue opportunities and meet future skillset requirements by partnering with Commercial and Client Services leaders. Requirements

  • Extensive recruitment toolbox and recognized as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition.
  • Significant experience attracting niche candidates, with effective strategies in proactive recruitment, headhunting, and executive search, ideally within Investment Management and Software.
  • Understanding of the market for specialized hiring, ideally with experience recruiting technical business profiles and sales individuals.
  • Proficiency in handling many stakeholders, accommodating a broad variety of needs, and creating trust at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in agency or in-house recruitment teams, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on regional or global hiring initiatives.
  • Advanced English skills and strong communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting Module or similar HRIS.
  • Experience with psychometric and technical test assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for Professional Services and Commercial teams.
  • Partnering with the business to identify and implement efficient recruitment strategies to attract diverse and capable professionals.
  • Ensuring a high-priority candidate experience through suggested activities.
  • Acting as a sparring partner for business leaders and colleagues within the Services and Commercial TA team.
  • Contributing to employer branding efforts in collaboration with the Communication team and other stakeholders.
  • Participating in interviews and assessing candidates using test assessments when needed.
  • Experimenting and developing efficient and effective talent acquisition strategies and approaches.
