This role is for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter who will help build teams for complex facilities. The position involves community outreach, building relationships, creating talent pipelines, and connecting people to meaningful opportunities across frontline operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with Operations leaders, and can find talent where others aren't looking. This role owns the full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and engagement through interviews, offers, pre-employment, and onboarding. We are seeking someone fluent in English and Spanish, resourceful, community-minded, and results-motivated, who can move quickly, think creatively, build trust, and prioritize the candidate experience.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, frontline, field, facilities, hospitality, healthcare, environmental services, or other operational workforces.
Experience recruiting for a multi-site organization or workforce with geographically dispersed locations preferred.
Proven ability to recruit through grassroots and community-based sourcing strategies, beyond traditional job boards.
Experience managing multiple high-volume requisitions and competing hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build trusted relationships with Operations leaders, HR partners, candidates, and community organizations.
Proficiency using ATS and HRIS systems to manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow through, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.
Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who takes ownership of recruiting results and can work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader HR team.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive candidate and employee information.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Operations leaders and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, position requirements, and workforce challenges.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support high-volume, frontline and site-based hiring across assigned business lines and locations.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through community outreach, grassroots recruiting, employee referrals, job fairs, social media, local organizations, schools, workforce agencies, and other creative sourcing channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and local talent networks to strengthen Servicon's presence and employment brand.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for frontline operational positions based on established qualifications and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, selection activities, pre-employment requirements, offers, and onboarding activities to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate information, disposition activity, and recruiting documentation within the ATS and HRIS.
Monitor open positions, candidate pipelines, aging requisitions, offers, starts, and recruiting activity to identify barriers and keep hiring efforts on track.
Proactively communicate hiring progress, challenges, and staffing risks to Operations and HR partners.
Support recruiting events, hiring fairs, walk-in recruitment, hiring blitzes, and other high-volume recruiting initiatives as needed.
Promote a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting and pre-employment process.
Ensure recruiting activities are conducted consistently and in accordance with company policies, applicable employment laws, and established hiring practices.
Partner with HR and Operations to support a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboarding.
