About The Position

Replicant is a leader in Contact Center Automation, using AI to transform customer service. They are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (BDR) to source enterprise deals. This role involves researching, prospecting, and creating new pipeline opportunities, playing a key part in shaping the future sales culture at Replicant. The position is full-time and fully remote. The company is experiencing significant growth, has Fortune 500 clients, and is at the forefront of using Large Language Models (LLMs) in customer service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing sales role (B2B SaaS is preferred).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Energetic, self-motivated attitude with a focus on action and execution.
  • Tech-savvy, ability to understand complex technology and translate it to customer benefits.
  • Excited by the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of a high-growth tech startup.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, LinkedIn and email campaigns, and strong objection handling.
  • Research, prospect, and schedule qualified meetings.
  • Prepare detailed meeting prep documents to support Account Executives in delivering impactful first impressions.
  • Consistently share insights and observations with cross-functional teams to continuously improve strategies.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs and consistently exceed quarterly quota goals, contributing to overall pipeline growth.
