This role is the end-to-end owner of IT/Digital & Marketing talent acquisition outcomes, functioning as a full-cycle recruiting leader and strategic advisor. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent across the enterprise, partnering directly with technology leaders to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and drive decision velocity. This position directly impacts Signet’s ability to build and scale world-class technology & marketing teams, aiming to improve the quality and speed of hiring decisions, strengthen leadership confidence in Talent Acquisition, and build diverse, high-performing teams that drive business outcomes.
